Welcome to Baking with the Good Hair! I am a recipe developer, professional food scientist, sister and runner.

I love my siblings (I have 4 of them!), I drink 2% iced lattes even when its bitterly cold, I feel personally victimized by the tiny sunglasses trend and if I could only bake one thing for the rest of my life it would be Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies.

My sister, Grace, and I have been given the amazing opportunity to publish a cookbook in late 2019. This site has been created to share our story, recipes and tips. Because you don’t write and test 81 recipes in two months and not have something to say about it. We will be sharing more details on the cookbook very soon!
